At Marzino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all hoodies and sweatshirts purchased through our website.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not damaged due to misuse or normal wear
We accept returns on all hoodies and sweatshirts. There are no final sale items.
How to Initiate a Return

Include the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after your request is approved
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost or
- Issue a full refund
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered
- Tags or original packaging are missing
- The return request is made after the 30-day return window
